Warframe doesn't let you customize the icon directly. Your best bet is to change shortcut icons through your OS settings. Easy peasy!

You can't change the Warframe icon through the game itself. However, on PC, you can change the shortcut icon by right-clicking the shortcut, selecting 'Properties,' clicking the 'Shortcut' tab, and then 'Change Icon.'
