Lol just press ESC and toggle the 'Equip Weapons on the Left' option under settings. Why'd anyone wanna play left-handed beats me though.
Actually, switching weapon hands can give you a slight edge in certain situations. It clears up field of view on the right side, which can be clutch. Been doing it since I started playing and it sometimes gives me that split-second advantage. Just go to settings and flip the switch!
