How to Change Weather in GTA 5 PS4
Easy peasy! Just hit up the cheat code: R2, X, L1, L1, L2, L2, L2, Square. Keep entering it to cycle through different weather effects. Sunny, extra sunny, cloudy, smoggy, overcast, rainy, thundery, clearing and snowing all at your fingertips. Make sure you're not in a mission though, as cheats disable achievements and might affect your game progress.
