Trust me on this, I tried using the 'Xbox Accessories' app, but it doesn’t allow LED color changes. You need a third-party solution like 'Aurora'.

I've successfully used a tool called 'DS4Windows' to change my Xbox controller LED color on PC. It works for both Xbox and PlayStation controllers!
