Go into the game's console by pressing F3, then F8 to unlock your mouse. Untick 'Disable Console' and type 'fov X' (replace X with your desired FOV value).

Hop into the settings menu, but it's kinda hidden. Open the console (F3 + F8 combo), then type in ‘fov X’ replacing X with your desired number. Bam, new view!
