How to Change Your Apex Legends Name on Steam
Changing your Apex Legends name on Steam is actually changing your Steam profile name, cause that's what Apex shows in-game. Just open up your Steam client, click on your username at the top right corner, then go to 'Profile'. From there, hit 'Edit Profile' and you'll see a field to change your profile name. Hit 'Save Changes' and voila, your Apex Legends name is now updated!

Nah, you can't really change your 'Apex Legends' name. It's your Steam name that shows up. So, just change that.
Did this a while back. Super easy. Just tweak your Steam profile name, and it updates in Apex Legends. Changed mine to mess with my squad, had a good laugh when they finally noticed.
