Super easy! Just hit pause, go to the 'Online' tab, then select 'Swap Character'. You'll get a prompt asking if you wanna change your character's appearance. It'll cost ya some in-game cash, though, so make sure to check your virtual wallet!

Just a heads up, changing your appearance in GTA 5 Online isn't free! Last time I checked, it cost like 100k in-game dollars. So, before you decide to give your character a facelift, you might wanna make sure it's worth the cash.
