Unfortunately, in The Outer Worlds, once you set your character's appearance during the initial creation, you're stuck with it. No changing hairstyles mid-game!
Nope, once you decide on your character's look at the start, you're locked in for the whole adventure. Choose wisely!
From personal experience, I found out too late that you can’t change your appearance later on in The Outer Worlds. Be sure to take your time during character creation!
