Go to the Arsenal, click on your current Warframe, and pick a new one from the list of available Warframes. Easy peasy!
From my experience, head to the Arsenal, click on your Warframe, and then you can pick any other Warframe you've unlocked. You can change your Warframe anytime before a mission starts.
Just open up your Arsenal on your ship, select the Warframe slot, and choose the new Warframe you want to use. Done!
