1. Boot up your PS3 and head to the XMB (cross media bar). 2. Navigate to 'Account Management' under the 'PlayStation Network' section. 3. Select 'Account Information' and then 'Sign-In ID (Email Address)'. Follow the prompts to enter your new email address. Easy peasy!

Honestly, it's easier to change your email via a web browser on your computer. Log in to your Sony Entertainment Network account, then update your email address in the account settings.

From personal experience, changing the email on your PS3 is straightforward. Just go to 'Account Management', 'Account Information', and then change your 'Sign-In ID'. Worked like a charm for me!
