Go to Develop > My Creations > Games, choose your game, hit 'Game Settings,' and upload your new icon. Done and done!

Easy! Go to the Create page on the Roblox website, select your game under 'My Creations,' then click on the 'Game Settings' button. Under the 'Game Icon' section, you can upload a new image. Make sure it's 512x512 pixels for best results!
