Easy peasy! Just go to your group's page, hit the three dots in the upper-right corner, select 'Configure Group,' and then you'll see the option to change the picture. Upload your new image and save it!

You need to be the group's owner or have the right permissions. Go to your group's page, click 'Configure Group,' then 'Information,' and finally, 'Upload Image.' Done!

First-hand here: I did it by going to my group's page, clicking on 'Configure Group,' and then 'Information.' There's an option to change the picture right there. Just upload and save!
