Sadly, you can't change your name in Animal Crossing: New Horizons after you've set it. When you first meet K.K. Slider and set up your passport, that name sticks with you for the rest of your island adventure. So, make sure you pick a name you really like from the start!

Actually, nope. Once you've chosen your name in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it's yours for life. Well, the life of your game, at least. The only way to get a new name is to start over, so choose wisely or prepare for a major do-over.
