To change your name in Roblox on Xbox, you'll need to first change it through the web or mobile Roblox app. After you've changed it there, it will automatically update on your Xbox account!

From personal experience, I had to use my phone to log into Roblox, change my name, and then it synced up just fine on my Xbox.

You need Robux to change your username. Just log into Roblox on a browser, head to settings, and you'll find the 'Change Username' option. Easy peasy!
