Super easy! Just press the Xbox button, go to Profile & System, then your profile, and select Customize profile. Choose your gamertag and change it from there. First one's free, but they'll charge ya after that!

Go to Xbox.com, sign in, click on your gamerpic at the top, go to Xbox profile, and hit Customize. Change your gamertag and voila! Remember, the first change is free.

I went through this last week! Just head to the Xbox app, tap on your profile picture, then Edit name. Easy peasy!

Just a heads up, changing your gamertag can be free once, but after that, Microsoft charges a fee. Make it count!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
