Best way: Put your PS4 in a DMZ (Demilitarized Zone). Log into your router, find the DMZ settings, and enter your PS4's IP address.
Honestly, sometimes changing the NAT type is as simple as turning off your router for a few minutes then booting it back up.
Opening specific ports can also help. Forward these ports: 80 (TCP), 443 (TCP), 3478-3479 (UDP), 3480 (TCP).
