First, restart your modem and router. If that doesn't work, go to your router settings and enable UPnP. Your Xbox should show an Open NAT after that.

Open the Xbox network settings and test the connection. If the NAT type is not Open, you may need to forward ports on your router. Check out the Xbox support page for detailed instructions.

Had the same problem. Logged into my router, enabled UPnP, and restarted everything. Fixed it right up!

Try using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi. Sometimes, it's just the wireless connection causing the NAT issues!

Honestly, if restarting everything and port forwarding doesn't work, consider contacting your ISP. They might need to change something on their end.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
