Settings > Security > Password. Bam, done.
From your profile, tap the three lines, go to Settings, then Security, and finally Password. Enter your current password and then set a new one. Easy as pie!
Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, hit the three lines in the top right, then Settings -> Security -> Password. Easy peasy!
