How to change your password on Instagram
Easy peasy! Just go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, select Settings > Security > Password. Enter your current password, then your new one twice. Boom, done!

From experience, I can say it's a quick process. Profile > three lines > Settings > Security > Password. Enter your old and new passwords. You're good to go!
