How to Change Your PSN Country Region on PS5
Unfortunately, you can't change the country or region on an existing PSN account. Your best bet is to create a new account and select the desired country or region during the sign-up process. It's a bit of a hassle, but it works!

I went through this recently. Had to create a new PSN account with the correct country. Remember, some features and games might be region-locked!
Yep, you have to make a new PSN account and choose your new region at setup. Bit of a pain but it's the only way.
Hot take: Just stick with the region you picked. Changing it ain't worth the trouble.
