Short answer: You can't change it yourself. You need to contact Riot support and ask them nicely. If you've moved to a new country or have a valid reason, they'll usually do it for you.

Tried changing my region last year cuz I moved. Contacted support and explained my situation. Took a few days but they switched it for me. Just be patient and provide any info they ask for.
Changing your region in Valorant isn't as straightforward as you might hope. You actually have to submit a ticket to Riot Games' support team asking for the region change. Just head to their support page, choose ‘Account Management’, ‘Data Requests’, or ‘General’ under the Contact Us section and explain your situation. Make sure you're clear about why you're requesting the change; they'll usually help you out if it's a legit reason!
