To change your region on PSN, you’ll need to create a new account with the region you want. Unfortunately, you can’t change the region of an existing account, but creating a new one is pretty straightforward.

Just make a new PSN account and select the desired region during the setup process. No shortcuts available, but it's simple enough.

Honestly, you can't change your region on PSN. You gotta make a new account for the region you want. Been there, done that.
