Changing your size in Muscle Legends is all about that grind! Just keep lifting weights to bulk up, or use the 'Shrink' skill if you want to get smaller for a bit.
From my experience, just hit the gym in the game, bulk up by lifting weights and earning Strength. You can shrink temporarily using the 'Shrink' skill if you need to dodge those big bullies!
Train, train, train! The more Strength you earn, the bigger you get. For a quick fix, use the 'Shrink' skill.
