Changing your Steam email is pretty easy peasy! Just fire up Steam, click on 'Steam' in the top left corner, then go to 'Settings'. In the menu, find 'Account' where your current email is displayed. Hit 'Change contact email address', and Steam will guide you through the rest. You'll need access to both your old and new email accounts, though, so make sure you've got those handy before you start.
Actually, changing your email in Steam is overrated. Why bother unless you absolutely have to? Stick with what you got unless it's a security issue, folks.
