How to Change Your Steam Warframe Account
To switch Warframe accounts on Steam, you'll need to log out of the game, then log out of your Steam account. After that, log back into Steam with the desired account and launch Warframe. Voilà, new account magic!

In my experience, logging out and back into Steam with the new account does the trick. Warframe then loads up the account tied to the Steam login.
You gotta log out of Steam, close the Warframe client, and then log back in with the Steam account you wanna use for Warframe. Simple as that!
Just log out of Steam, switch to the new Steam account, and launch Warframe again.
