How to Change Your Name in Undertale on PS4
Unfortunately, Undertale doesn't let you change the name once you set it at the beginning. You'll have to start a new game to use a different name.

Sorry, but there's no way to change your name mid-game on PS4! You'll need to start fresh with a new save file.
Just delete your save data from the game menu and start over. It's a bummer, but that's the only way!
First-hand experience here: I wanted to rename my character and had to start a whole new game. No quick fix, just heads up!
You can't change the name on the fly. It's one of those 'beginning-of-the-journey' decisions.
