Plug it into your PC or any USB wall adapter, it doesn't have to be just the PS3. Anything with USB power works!

Just connect it to the PS3 with a USB cable and leave it for a bit! Voila, charging starts automagically!

If it still doesn't charge, the battery might be dead for good. Replacement batteries are cheap and easy to swap out!
