Just swap out old batteries for new ones. You can craft batteries using Acid Mushrooms and Copper Ore. Easy peasy!
You gotta build a Battery Charger or Power Cell Charger in your base. Just scan fragments and get the blueprints, then craft it!
Find thermal vents and set up a Thermal Plant. It uses the heat to generate power and charge your base!
If you've got the Cyclops, you can install Power Cell Chargers inside it. It's like having a portable garage for your power cells!
