To chat with everyone in the game, including your teammates and the opposing team, press 'Shift' + 'Enter' instead of just 'Enter'. After hitting those keys, you'll see your text bar change, indicating you're now in 'All' chat mode. Then, just type your message and send it away to flaunt that epic play or, you know, spread some good old sportsmanship!
