Good luck finding a real chat support option. Honestly, your best bet might be the community forums or contacting them through their Twitter support handle, @Facebook.
I had success by going to Facebook's Business Help Center at https://www.facebook.com/business/help and using the live chat option there. This works best if you have a business account.
