How to Check Affinity in Fallout 4
To check your companion's affinity in Fallout 4, there isn't a direct percentage display available through the game's normal UI. However, you can kind of gauge it based on the companion's dialogue and actions towards you. As you travel together and make choices, they'll occasionally comment on how they feel about your actions. When a companion likes what you do, you're on the right track. Some key milestones will trigger unique dialogue expressing their level of trust or concern.
