On the Facebook website, click on Messenger in the left-hand menu, then click on the three-dot menu next to 'Chats' and select 'Archived Chats.' You're welcome!
Just search the name of the person in Messenger and if you archived the chat, it will show up. No biggie!
On your mobile app, go to Chats, tap on the search bar, type the name of the person, and the archived chat will come up.
