Head to the 'Network' section in the XMB (cross-media bar), then select 'Download Management.' Voila! All your downloads will be listed there.

Hit the PS button on the controller, go to the 'Information Board,' and you should see your download status in the notices.

Go to the XMB, choose 'Network,' select 'Download Management,' and you'll see all your downloads there. Simple as that!

PS3's Download Management is under the 'Network' tab in the XMB. Check there for all your downloads!
