Checking the centering on your Pokemon cards is pretty simple. Just look at the borders around the edge of the card. If the borders are even all the way around, you've got good centering. But, if one side is thicker or thinner than the other, then the centering is off. It's all about comparing the top to bottom and left to right borders. For precision, some folks use a ruler or a card grading tool to measure the borders for exact measurements.

Honestly, unless you're planning to get your cards graded, perfect centering isn't a big deal. Enjoy your cards for the art and the game, not just their potential resale value. I've been collecting for years and some of my favorites are a little off-center but still awesome.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy - just eyeball it! If it looks wonky, it probably is.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
