Simple! Head to your profile, click the three-line menu, and select 'Discover People.' Connect Instagram to your phone contacts and voil脿!
Personal opinion: Don't bother with this. It's better to keep social media separate from your contacts.
I just go to 'Discover People' from my profile settings and sync my phone contacts. Works like a charm every time!
