There's no built-in cooldown timer in Pokemon GO, so your best bet is to use a third-party cooldown chart that many players share online. Google it and you'll find plenty of resources.

Honestly, just use a stopwatch or timer app on your phone after your last Pokémon capture or PokéStop spin. Quick and easy.

You can check your cooldown time by keeping track of the last time you performed an in-game action like catching a Pokémon or spinning a PokéStop. Always wait the recommended cooldown period before performing another action in a different location to avoid getting soft-banned!

Been playing for years and the best advice I can give you is to memorize the cooldown times for different activities. It'll become second nature!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
