How to Check Deleted Stories on Instagram
Once a Story is deleted, you might be outta luck. Instagram doesn't have a built-in way to recover it if it's not in your Archive.

You can check deleted Stories in your Archive. Just go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top-right corner, select 'Archive', and look for the Stories there.
You can't. Once they're gone, they're gone. Keep better backups next time!
If you accidentally delete a Story, it might still be in your 'Recently Deleted' for 30 days! Head to your 'Settings', then 'Account', and finally 'Recently Deleted'.
