Just head to fb.com/friends/requests, and you'll find a 'View Sent Requests' link at the top. Voilà!
Use the Facebook app: click on the three horizontal lines, then go to 'Friends,' and select 'See All' next to 'Friend Requests.' From there, click on 'See Sent Requests.'
