For consoles like PS4 or Xbox, check your playtime through the console's system settings, not through Fortnite itself. On PS4, go to 'Profile' > 'Games' > 'Fortnite.' On Xbox, go to 'My Games & Apps' > 'See All' > 'Fortnite,' then select 'Stats.'
