On PC, you can check your Fortnite hours by looking at your Epic Games Launcher under the Library section. Click on the game and it’ll show your total playtime.
If you’re on Switch, head to the profile page, select User Settings, and check your playtime under Activity Log.
Xbox players can find their Fortnite hours by navigating to the “My games & apps” section, selecting Fortnite, and checking the stats.
