Super easy! Just go to the Home screen, head to My Games & Apps, select a game, and press the Menu button. Select 'Go to official club' > 'Progress' > 'Stats', and there you'll see your hours played!

Open My Games & Apps. Highlight the game, press the Menu button, and select 'Go to official club.' In 'Progress' > 'Stats,' you'll see your gaming hours.
