Open your PlayStation and navigate to the PlayStation Store. Under 'Subscriptions,' you can see if your PS Plus is still active.

Just go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [PlayStation Subscriptions]. It'll show you if your PS Plus is active and when it expires!
