How to check liked reels on Instagram
Just go to your profile, hit the three lines in the top right, choose 'Your Activity,' and then 'Interactions.' You'll find 'Likes' there.

To see the Reels you've liked on Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top right corner, select 'Your Activity,' and then tap on 'Interactions.' Under 'Interactions,' you'll find 'Likes,' where you can check all your liked posts, including Reels!
Insta doesn’t have a direct way to see only liked Reels. Gotta go through all liked posts to find them.
