Just go to your Orbiter and look for the inbox in the cockpit, right side of your screen. Easy peasy!

When in doubt, check the cockpit! Your mail is in the inbox panel there.

To check your mail in Warframe, just head over to your Orbiter's cockpit (the front of your ship). The inbox icon should be on the right side of your display panel. Click it and voila, you'll see all your messages!

From personal experience, I can tell you it's all about the cockpit. Your inbox icon is on the right side once you're in there.
