I've been playing Apex since launch and the best way to keep track of your match history is to use external sites like Apex Tracker. It's not in the game, but these sites do a pretty good job at giving you a sense of your progress and performance over time.
Nope, you can't check match history directly in Apex. Wish we could, though. Would make bragging a lot easier!
