Short answer: You can't, officially. Riot Games doesn't let players see their MMR. If you're really curious, third-party sites might give you an estimate, but take it with a grain of salt!

However, you can get a rough idea of your skill level by looking at your rank and the ranks of those you're matched with or against. A buddy of mine tried those third-party sites to check his MMR, and while it's not spot-on accurate, it's pretty close! Just search for 'Valorant MMR checker' online and you'll find a few options to try out.
