I got you covered! While in a mission, press ESC, go to 'Profile', and then 'View Mission Progress'. Your ping will be shown in the lower right corner.

Press T to open chat and type /ping. This command shows your current ping in the chat window.

Easy peasy! Just press the ESC key to bring up the menu, then click on 'Options'. Go to the 'Gameplay' tab and check 'Show FPS'. You'll see your ping displayed in the top left corner of your screen next to the FPS counter.
