If you can't find it on your console, check your email. Sony usually sends reminders when your PS Plus subscription is about to renew.

I always just log in to the PlayStation website, go to my account, and check under Services List. Easy peasy!

Just head to your PS5 or PS4's main menu, go to Settings, then to Account Management, and select Account Information. From there, you can check your PlayStation Plus subscription details.
