I usually just open Fortnite and check the V-Bucks icon in the top-right of the main menu. Can't go wrong with that!

You can always see your V-Bucks balance in-game, right next to your username. It's hard to miss!

Log into your Epic Games account and go to the Account page. You'll see your V-Bucks balance listed there.
