Just chat them up! Seriously, all ya gotta do is strike a convo with an NPC and hit the 'Happiness' choice. They'll tell you straight up how they're feeling about their digs and neighbors. Easiest relationship management ever.

Honestly, the whole happiness system in Terraria can be a bit of a hassle. I mean, who has time to micromanage every NPC's living situation? Just put 'em where you want and let them deal with it. They'll get over it.

To check NPC happiness in Terraria, simply talk to the NPC and select the 'Happiness' option in their dialogue menu. They'll spill the beans on how they feel about their current living situation, who they like hanging around with, and which neighbors they're not too keen on. It's like being the neighborhood gossip, but with more benefits, like better prices and unique items!

If you're looking to optimize NPC happiness for those sweet, sweet discounts and items, a good rule of thumb is to house NPCs in their preferred biomes and pair them with their preferred neighbors. It's a bit like real estate mixed with matchmaking. Who knew playing god could be so intricate?

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
